Επεσε τις προάλλες το μάτι μου στη σελίδα του Αεθλου και μου έκανε εντύπωση το σημείο που έλεγε ''σε μια απαιτητική διαδρομή''. Τι ακριβώς εννοεί άραγε; Ετσι λοιπόν αποφάσισα να το ανακαλύψω. 3-5 Pigadia ski resort 040112
Το πρόγραμμα προπόνησης για την Τετάρτη έλεγε Κ4 ή αλλιώς κάψιμο τετρακεφάλων. Πρώτη φορά για το 2012 στα Πηγάδια με 3 αναβάσεις συνολικής υψομετρικής 1800 m σε μόλις 7 χιλιόμετρα. Αυτο θα πει κάψιμο. Δοκίμασα τις καινούριες μου ορειβατικές μπότες Technica οι οποίες είναι εξαιρετικές, άνετες, ελαφριές...
